Expertise 


With 15+ years of experience across the US, UK, Europe, and India, I've worked at every level of the brand-building process.  I started in ethnographic research in India, became a brand strategist at Wieden+Kennedy, founded a documentary production studio in New Delhi, and have gone on to build brand and marketing functions for scaling companies across the US and UK. 

Now I partner with early and mid-stage startups as a fractional brand and marketing lead. My best work happens with lean teams doing serious work across tech, healthcare, energy, and climate, as a partner who can think strategically and execute creatively.

Brand Strategy & Positioning 

I work with companies to define what they stand for, how they're differentiated, and how that translates into a coherent identity across every touchpoint. I help build brand positioning that holds up, grounded in research and an honest look at what makes a brand different.

Creative Direction

From rebrands to campaign concepting, I shape and oversee the creative output that brings a brand to life, working alongside design and production teams to ensure the work is distinctive, considered, and true to strategy. 

Content  

I write, direct, and produce across formats, from white papers and case studies to video and podcasts and more, with the range to move between strategic narrative and hands-on execution. I also build high-performing creative teams and structure AI-supported systems to maximize output.

Nao Medical: I built the brand function for a fast-growing urgent care provider expanding across NYC, establishing a new department, leading a full rebrand, and managing a team producing everything from campaign and print to digital, social, and in-clinic experience, scaling consistently across 10 locations.
OYO: As OYO expanded into multiple new markets simultaneously, the challenge was moving fast without losing brand integrity. I served as the central brand partner across the UK, US, EU, and LatAm, overseeing localization, rebranding, collateral production, and team operations.
KloudGin: Full content marketing function personally managed for a B2B SaaS company serving utilities and the public sector, spanning copywriting, graphic design, video, podcast, email, digital advertising, social, AI system development, ABM/SDR messaging, syndication, and more.

SupplyAI: As Head of Brand during this AI-powered returns platform's go-to-market phase, I led strategic narrative development, brand architecture, visual identity design, and content strategy, building the brand foundation from the ground up ahead of launch.

Dear: I co-founded Dear, a documentary production studio creating short-form video and brand content for some of India's most interesting companies, including Nicobar, Indelust, and Olio. Our documentary "Who is Mickey?" was selected as a pick by Nowness Asia.
Wieden+Kennedy Delhi: At one of the world's most respected creative agencies, I worked as a strategic brand planner on campaigns for Levi's, Heineken, Coca-Cola, P&G, and more, conducting consumer research and supporting strategy and new business development.
